Inner Circle
Momentum is a practice, not a phase. The Inner Circle is a monthly rhythm — two sessions, a short review, and someone in your corner — for keeping what you came for after the deep work is done.
- You've finished 1:1 coaching (or equivalent deep work) and don't want to hand the gains back
- You know your patterns now. You want them caught early, not re-diagnosed late
- You want a standing cadence more than an intensive
If you haven't done the naming work yet, start with the Reset or 1:1. The Circle maintains momentum; it doesn't create it from scratch.
The monthly rhythm
Two sessions a month at a standing time, with priority on my calendar. At each month's end, a ten-minute momentum review: what you promised, what happened, and a short drift check: the early-warning system for the old loops.
Every third month, recalibrate
Once a quarter you retake the Clarity Assessment and we put the readings side by side. Drift shows up in trends before it shows up in weeks. That's the whole reason to measure.
Between sessions
Voice memos and email when something's moving or wobbling. Momentum problems are much cheaper on the day they start.
Honest questions, honest answers.
Do I need to have done 1:1 first?
Usually, yes. The Circle assumes the naming work is done and we share a vocabulary about your patterns. If you've done equivalent work elsewhere, the intro call is where we figure that out honestly.
Can I pause or cancel?
Month to month, cancel anytime, no wind-down ritual required. If a month comes when you don't need it, say so and we part clean; the door stays open. I'd rather you leave sharp than stay out of habit.
What does a typical month look like?
Two sixty-minute sessions, a ten-minute review sheet at month's end, and whatever between-session messages the month actually needs. Light by design. The point is a rhythm you keep, not a program you survive.
The Circle starts with a conversation, not a checkout, because it only works if the foundation is there, and I'll tell you straight if it isn't yet.
